SUE COCCOLA JOINS RARE
June 12, 2017
Ravenel Associates Real Estate - RARE Charleston - has expanded its sales capabilities with the addition of Broker Associate Sue Coccola. After spending nearly 30 years in Florence, South Carolina, a job transfer for Coccola’s husband, Dave, with Gildan USA, brought them to Charleston. Coccola is honored to now be a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and has selected Ravenel Associate Real Estate to affiliate with in Charleston.
“There are so many large real estate companies in Charleston, but I believe that a boutique agency has more to offer the client and RARE Charleston stood out from the crowd,” said Coccola.
While in Florence, Coccola worked with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and was continually a top producer consistently excelling in new construction sales. Since her entry into the real estate field in the 1980s, Coccola has placed a high value on her education of the overall real estate industry combined with knowledge of the local markets through her continued educational pursuits. She has earned a broker’s license, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certification, and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute.
Sue and Dave are proud to have all three of their children graduate from Clemson University and they continue to support the University throughout the year. In addition to her career in real estate, Sue has also been a group fitness leader for over thirty years, teaching classes in aerobics, indoor cycling, and yoga.
