RARE Charleston Expands Advisory Team
REALTOR LOUISE BURGESS JOINS AGENCY

Ravenel Associates Real Estate- RARE Charleston- has expanded its advisory, sales and marketing capabilities with the addition of Realtor® Louise Burgess. With nearly a decade of sales experience and a lifetime of Lowcountry living, Burgess brings in-depth knowledge of island homes, investment properties and water and golf lot complexities. Prior to joining RARE, she excelled in her role as a sales professional for a top wine and spirits distributor in South Carolina. During that time she built lasting relationships through her honest, loyal and unique rapport, and continues to create a positive experience for both sides involved in any transaction.

Burgess earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. During that time she volunteered for the Carolinas Golf Association and The Masters. For the last four years, she has served on the Board for the Hootie & the Blowfish Monday after the Masters tournament. Burgess joins agents Justin Albright, Lea Anne Brown, Kevin Driggers, Michael Elliott, Tim Mallard, Sarah Reber and Brian Wolverton.
RARE Charleston
Established property management firm Ravenel Associates LLC launched the RARE Charleston division in 2014. The agency now has nine agents and handles all types of real estate transactions including single family residential, multi-unit residential, resort, land tracts, historic properties, waterfront properties and a variety of commercial transactions. RARE Charleston and Ravenel Associates reside at 960 Morrison Drive, a renovated commercial complex in the NoMo area of Charleston. The building was formerly referred to as the Harry S. Johnson building and is managed by Ravenel Associates.
